Does it auto refrsh the channels

There is feature to refesh every. Does that mean it fetches all the list of channels again and if new addition those are added.

also if have added all the channels to a profile, what would be the impact to list of channels in profile after refresh, new added, removed or updated

I checked the current README because the two refresh actions are easy to mix up. Refresh every (hours) sets the refresh interval on the M3U accounts owned by Distalker; Dispatcharr fires that refresh and Distalker re-fetches the portal behind it. Sync then applies only what changed, while Re-fetch all forces a full lineup download. Nothing there says an existing Dispatcharr profile is automatically expanded to include every newly discovered channel, so I'd treat channel/profile membership separately from portal refresh.
