[BUG] - Frames are the wrong size upon booting up computer and also upon clicking on a folder/application within the Frames.

Description:
Frames are the wrong size upon booting up computer. Opening the frame settings appears to fix this issue until the next boot.
The issue also re-appears when clicking on an application or folder within the frame; also resolved by opening the frame settings.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up DeskFrames.
2. Reboot computer.

Expected behavior
Frames are the correct size and position when turning on your computer or opening applications/folders for the first time.

I am using a single 1440p monitor with 125% scale for icons, text, and other items, and nothing which would change the look of Windows or how it functions.

Hi, if you open the settings through the trayicon, then you have an option to reload every frame.

There's a branch with proper DPI scaling but it's not finished. I only have 1 monitor and my PC isn't powerful enough to debug it in a virtual machine with multiple virtual screens.

Clicking reload frames appears to cause this same issue again, also with the same solution.
I also only have 1 monitor, but are you saying this is caused by me having the scale for everything set to 125%?
