[FEATURE] Support native trigger and http interfaces in the Connect API

You can currently deploy native http interfaces with the API, but the delete (and maybe get) APIs need a dcid, which doesn't exist for these (you get hi_ and ti_ instead).

Tbd on whether deploying timer triggers works (need to figure out a payload that works), but the above is still relevant.
