Full list options won't load

Trying to move over our $8k/yr Zapier bill to pipedream. At this automation, I can't add a user to a list even with a plain list ID string because the full list of options won't load. https://pipedream.com/@canonpress/projects/proj_KEsoPW3/untitled-workflow-p_gYCG8DB/build
