[FEATURE] as a user, I want to specify exactly which tools I expose to my MCP client #16380
Description
Maybe I want to give my MCP client / LLM access to perform certain read actions, but not delete. So instead of exposing all available tools for a given app, I want to enable / disable exactly which tools are exposed.
The story here is relevant for both consumers who are using Pipedream's hosted servers at mcp.pipedream.com and for devs who are self-hosting Pipedream's server from the reference implementation.
