[BUG] Google Drive - Cannot Create a Template File in a Destination Folder That's in a Shared Drive

Describe the bug
I believe the issue from #18958 was misunderstood. The fix (#19053), however, does add additional functionality that was not possible before. The issue I was originally referring to occurs when the template file is in "My Drive", and the selected destination folder is in a shared drive. Selecting a drive from the prop added by #19053 scopes the available template files to the selected drive, but it does not address the issue of creating a file in a folder that's in a shared drive.

To Reproduce

• Select a template file in My Drive
• Select a destination folder that is in a shared drive (not My Drive)
• Run action
• Error returned

Expected behavior
We should be able to create files from templates in folders that are in shared drives.

Hi @mttarry, on your action, could you set the Drive prop to your Shared Drive, then the action should work. This is because the Drive prop is defaulted to My Drive, you will need to set it to your Shared Drive to work on the Files on shared drive.

I tested this on my side and it works

@vunguyenhung What I'm trying to do is to use a template from My Drive and to place the resulting file in a shared drive. By selecting a share drive from that picker, I am no longer able to select a template file from My Drive

This is implemented and I'll verify it soon.
