Prompt
Creates a new registrant for a selected webinar. Please use async options to Retrieve all Webinars to have a drop-down list of webinars to choose from. Please include props for registrant, and session. For the session object, please include a dynamic prop based on the webinar selected, to select a session using the formatted_scheduled_at parameter. Please also include a drop-down of time_zone for the session object as a dynamic prop if the webinar timezone is 'registrant'.
