First release under new management. Represents basic "dogfoodable" functionality: a project system that allows creating and building new projects. Two important checkpoints: Project system can handle Servo (files load, navigation works, etc.) and built binaries are seamlessly usable from other projects (eg. PInvoking from C# project is a matter of adding reference and writing proper struct/function signatures).
