Expected Behavior

being able to import files without any errors and download files from Gmail

Current Behavior

I have the jw library app and in it you can import jwpub type files but when trying to do it it throws me this error of failed to create temp directory help please
same happens with Gmail I can not download attachments
I get an error when downloading the file

Possible Solution

create temporary directory

Steps to Reproduce

1.I download the file jwpub.
2.I click it
3.open with jw library.
4.and I get the error
