Issue with cmake

Hello,

I get this error when I run cmake

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:59 (add_subdirectory):
  The source directory

    /home/malini/logiops-0.3.5/src/ipcgull

  does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.

Now when I copy the file on to the ipcgull directory I get the following error:

CMake Error at src/ipcgull/CMakeLists.txt:45 (message):
  Missing ipcgull submodule


-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

It would help me to know whats the problem. Is it something to do with the repo?
