This PR integrates PlanktoScope/device-portal#175 and PlanktoScope/device-portal#176 .
This PR also fixes a bug with Avahi handling of
pkscope-{machine-name}.localso that that domain name is actually handled (instead of handlingraspberrypi.local). That bug was probably a regression caused by #9 .Note: the changes in this PR will need to be duplicated into the main branch of the pallet-standard repo.
