This release includes the following updates:

Added:

  • Added synonyms of the form "A B = B of A" to the presence trait classes (#59)
  • Added terms for staminate (male) and pistillate (female) open flowers (#73)
  • Added "flower bud breaking stage" and "inflorescence bud breaking stage" terms as subclasses of "flower development stage" and "inflorescence development stage", respectively (partial fix for #74)
  • Added terms for non-vascular leaf presence (#104)

Changed:

  • Replaced "floral structure" with "reproductive shoot system" (#87)
  • Changed "phenology observing process" (PPO:0007004) to be a subclass of "planned process" (OBI:0000011) instead of "observing process" (BCO:0000003) (#89)
  • Removed equivalency restrictions from abscised plant structure present and absent classes (#97)
  • Updated trait names containing "leaf bud", "flower head", "pollen cone", and "seed cone" to "vegetative bud", "inflorescence", "microsporangiate strobilus", and "megasporangiate strobilus", respectively (#101)

Removed:

  • Removed all BCO terms (#89)
