Roadmap: live section quizzes (FOSS host still open)

Context

The public roadmap lists live quizzes as planned, with architecture still open.

A portable question-bank prototype already lives in quiz/. The US-QUIZ-1 spike evaluated three FOSS live-host candidates and adopted 0/3 — so per-section question banks and a self-hosted live-quiz add-on remain planned, not shipped.

What would help

• Interest in per-section retrieval questions for facilitators
• FOSS live-quiz services worth re-evaluating (license, Kubernetes deployability, bulk import)
• Constraints from real rooms (offline fallback, anonymity, scale)
