Okay for your adventurous coders in here

I created a mostly tested plugin template here, so you guys can start making your own plugins(This uses the same exact implementation things like Razor, Classic Assist, etc use)

• I added more distinctive logging so if you're making your own plugin it's easier to see what's going on in the terminal (assuming your terminal supports colors)
• I added a basic ascii talk packet so you can send messages (system messages) to the client
• Updated a few other things like the base packet class, readme, net version, and a few other small things
