Changes

  • Fixed update functionality for deb/rpm packages
    • deb: Uses 'apt install --reinstall' for proper updates with dependency resolution
    • rpm: Uses 'rpm -U' (upgrade) and 'dnf install --allowerasing' for smoother updates
  • Added progress indicators (spinner) during install/uninstall operations
    • Shows 'Working...' with spinner in the UI
    • Buttons disabled while operations in progress
    • Toast notifications for operation start/complete
  • Fixed app icon and desktop file integration
    • Added AppStream metainfo.xml file
    • Icon cache now updated on install/uninstall
    • Proper desktop database updates for better app launcher integration
