Backup System

• Export now includes custom inline tag types (v3 format)
• Import restores tag types and syncs tag index
• Backwards compatible with v2 backups

Bug Fixes

• Fixed note editor content mixing when switching notes
• Fixed Electron build (jsdom → cheerio for CommonJS compatibility)
• Added missing routes to Electron server
