Getting Started with Material Hub

Using the Material Hub

The Material Hub is where you browse study files.

Use it when you want to find:

• Notes
• PDFs
• PPTs
• Syllabuses
• Question papers
• Question banks
• Assignments
• More

Open the Hub

1. Open Plexi: https://plexi.cosmeta.tech
2. Click Materials in the navigation.

On mobile, use the bottom navigation bar.

Browse Materials

The Hub works in three filters:

1. Semester
2. Subject
3. Format / Material Type

Select them in order. After that, Plexi shows the available files.

Preview Files

Click a file name to preview it.

Plexi supports previews for common file types:

• PDF
• PPT and PPTX
• DOC and DOCX
• Images
• Text files

Some Office files may open through Microsoft or Google preview mode. If preview is slow, wait a few seconds or try another viewer option when available.

If a File Is Missing

If your subject has no file, or an important unit is missing, you can add it.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
No subjects appear	Select a semester first.
No files appear	Select semester, subject, and material type.
Preview is blank	Wait, refresh, or try a different file.
Wrong file is listed	Report it through Help and Ideas.
