Exhaustive comparison of PJ 3.x toolbox plugins (Quaternion to RPY, FFT, Reactive Script Editor) against the current Dialog SDK capabilities. Identifies 13 concrete gaps across 4 categories: embedded chart widget, drag-and-drop, code editor, and datastore/runtime extensions. Six gaps are blocking for their respective toolboxes and require new SDK infrastructure. Feature parity estimate: Quaternion ~80%, FFT ~60%, Lua Editor ~10%.
