PatternWeather.h enhancement from Todd Dube’s fork

I really like the PatternWeather.h pattern from Todd Dube’s fork. I think the visual effect looks very nice and would fit well in the main branch too. ( in the video the branche off rutger is used: https://github.com/rbergen/NightDriverStrip/tree/fix-871 )

Would it be possible to include this change in the original project?

I have slightly modified Todd Dube’s patternweather.h file. Our city name is quite long, so the scrolling used to restart before the text had fully disappeared on the left side. It now scrolls from right to left and only starts again after the full name has completely moved off-screen. I also reduced the scrolling speed, as it was a bit too fast in my opinion.

I really like this feature and think it’s a great addition. I’m not technically the right person to turn it into a PR, but I’m happy to help test it and give feedback if someone decides to work on it.
