No key received after upgrading to Pro

Hello, I have not received any confirmation, and therefore no license key, after completing my purchase via PayPal. I suspect that my email address may have been truncated by Lemon Squeezy—my email is cosset.christophe@orange.fr (perhaps the final "r" was left off). I have contacted Lemon Squeezy support, but I have received no confirmation that my request has been received. Could you please help me so that I can proceed with the upgrade? Thank you!

Hi @tessoc, thanks for posting, and sorry for the wait. I found your order. Your email address was recorded correctly (nothing was truncated), so the receipt most likely landed in a spam folder. I've emailed your license key and activation steps directly to the address you used for the purchase.

If anything else comes up, please email us rather than posting here. This page is public, so please don't post a license key or order details. Thanks again for buying TMOG Pro!
