Goal
Firefox-api-proxy no longer delivers timeToRead, but there are still some references to it in the codebase. This ticket is to clean those up entirely.
Note that
timeToReadreferences are still present in two files with generated types. References totimeToReadfrom the code, comments, tests and mocks have been removed.References
