DEB packaging for the AudioScience HPI driver

To build a set of DEB packages for hpklinux-4.20.39, run the following
commands:

   ./prepare_build.sh
   cd hpklinux_4.20.39
   dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc
   cd ..

Packages are in the current directory.
