Description
This PR implements the first iteration of the converter of rmxp events to studio events.
More investigation is required to complete the converter (commands, conditions, etc.).
Issue: #480
Tests to perform
There aren't really any tests to be carried out. A page in the poc has been added to make it easier to test the service. You can test it and observe the results if you wish.
