Research page's filter search params don't work #1815
Description
On the Research page, when selecting one of the possible filter options, in theory, new URL search params should be appended, and a user should be able to visit a link containing the relevant params in order to view a filtered set of articles. However, this does not currently work. The code is present, it will just need to be debugged.
