then I launch claude code 2 in same dir, to do some other stuff. It shows

You will need a clean git status before starting humanize, worktree is one of the solution.

The hook may attach to other claude code problem should be fixed already, unless you are using the same claude code session. RLCR hook is bounded by using session id, may I know your humanize version and claude code version?

Bug 确认存在。 你现在这个 session 就在被不断触发就是证据。

原因：

1. session_id 没有被写入 state.md — setup 脚本创建 state.md 时 session_id:
   留空，依赖一个 PostToolUse hook（loop-post-bash-hook.sh）在 setup
   命令执行后立即回填。但信号文件 .pending-session-id
   至今没被消费（仍然存在），所以 session_id 一直是空的。
2. 信号文件没被消费的原因 — 信号文件里记录的 setup 脚本路径是 1.15.1
   版本（.../humanize/1.15.1/scripts/setup-rlcr-loop.sh），但 hook
   运行时插件已经升级到 1.15.2，导致命令签名比对失败，hook 认为"这个 Bash
   命令不是 setup 脚本"，直接 exit 0 跳过了。
3. 空 session_id 匹配所有 session — loop-common.sh:333 的向后兼容逻辑：
   if [[ -z "$stored_session_id" ]] || [[ "$stored_session_id" ==
   "$filter_session_id" ]]
4. 空值 = 匹配任何 session。所以同目录下任何 Claude Code 实例的 stop hook
   都会命中这个 RLCR loop。

一句话总结： 插件升级 1.15.1→1.15.2 导致 session_id 回填失败，空 session_id
的向后兼容逻辑让所有 Claude Code 实例都被 RLCR stop hook 拦截。这是 humanize
插件的 bug。

两层修复：

眼下临时修复（不影响 CC1 的 RLCR）

在 CC1 里让 Claude 跑一句：

在 CC1 的对话里执行

echo "$CLAUDE_SESSION_ID" # 或者让 CC1 的 hook 打印出来

拿到 CC1 的 session_id 后，在这边 patch：

把 CC1 的真实 session_id 写进去

rm -f .humanize/.pending-session-id

这样 CC1 匹配自己的 session_id，CC2 不匹配，各不干扰。

长期修复（humanize 插件侧）

Bug 1: 信号文件的命令签名包含版本号路径，插件升级后签名失配。修复方式二选一：

• 用脚本名 hash 或相对路径做签名，不含版本号
• 或者 setup 脚本直接同步写 session_id（不依赖 PostToolUse hook 异步回填）

Bug 2: 空 session_id 的向后兼容策略太宽松。建议改为：

当前（过于宽松）：

建议改为：

if [[ -z "$stored_session_id" && -z "$filter_session_id" ]] || \
[[ -n "$stored_session_id" && "$stored_session_id" == "$filter_session_id"

即：空存储 + 空过滤 = 匹配（真正的老状态文件），空存储 + 有过滤 =
不匹配（防止跨 session 泄漏）。

我推荐你先用临时修复解除当前阻塞，然后把 plugin bug 报给 humanize 维护者。

3. Start another rlcr loop

The bug you met is already fixed by #68 under dev branch a few days ago and I ported it to main via commit 7b79b07
The finding of "插件升级 1.15.1→1.15.2 导致 session_id 回填失败" by Claude Code is out of date
