implement concatenation of 2 data frames #216
Description
Currently, there is no obvious way to concatenate 2 data frames. df1 do: [:row | df2 addRow: row] doesnt seem to work and seems somewhat inefficient. it would be nice to be able to concatenate 2 dataframes that are of the same structure onto each other and come up with a the combined dataframe.
