We currently don't have many tests covering the server config and tracing: - [ ] Make sure tracing output and levels (`COMPLETE`, `ESSENTIAL`, `MINIMAL`) work - [ ] Test the config behaviour and layering (should be `default value` -> `config file` -> `environment` -> `command line`)
