[Feature] unblock megaboop blocks #134

Describe the feature
When someone blocks a megaboop, users should have the ability to "unblock" to undo the block.
Why would you like this feature to be added?
It's kind of like if someone comes and sticks their hoof in front to block the boop, someone else should be able to push their hoof away! if that makes sense :>
