Upgrade to tuya mainline #36
Description
We're currently explicitly requesting tuya 1.1.7, because of a bug introduced in 1.2.0 (and subsequently fixed in 1.2.1, but after our rollback). The current version of tuya introduces a new tuyaclient object that solves some of the problems we have in #2, as well as being a more elegant solution than our current solution. This will probably require some refactoring on our end to both make use of the new object and resolve #2.
