Update Microsoft.PowerShell.Archive.psd1 so it contains values for PSGallery #73
Description
The module manifest is missing a lot of information which the PSGallery uses to populate things like license information, project site and so on.
There is a set of guidelines available here
Once updated, it will look more like this (taken from PowerShellGet)
It would also be great if the changelog is embedded in the module manifest or easier discover-able than looking into commit messages.
