First bug in my first VSC run

Not even sure what I'm doing but creating a new terminal comes up with a piece of code. The problem looks like I've texted "d" and then hit Enter but I didn't do either of these. Not even sure where exactly I'm posting this. Still on the Hello World side of the story.

The GitHub URL shown in your report indicates you are using a very old version of PSReadLine (2.0.0-beta2 or prior). Please upgrade to the latest v2.3.6 of PSReadLine module and give it a try. The issue should've been fixed in the new version.
