Certificate has expired. Can't install modules.

Prerequisites

• Write a descriptive title.
• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run Install-Module CosmosDb
2. Get's this returned WARNING: Source Location 'https://www.powershellgallery.com/api/v2/package/CosmosDB/4.6.0' is not valid.Install-Package: Package 'CosmosDB' failed to download.
3. Visiting above link says the certificate is bad. This is what the certificate looks like:
   

Expected behavior

Expected CosmosDB module to be installed

Actual behavior

It probably has to do with corporate policies and VPNs on my side. Closing this Issue. Sorry if I alarmed anybody.
