Prerequisites
Steps to reproduce
I'm on the AWS Tools for PowerShell team, and we recently noticed the number of downloads for our modules hasn't been updated in 7 days (it's currently 0 for the few latest versions - and we publish daily).
I added a screenshot below, but we see the same behavior for several of our modules (and we do know downloads are happening since we have canaries and customers launching EC2 instances that pull the latest versions)
Could you help us understand what's going on? I found #242 too but that seems to be a different problem (https://www.powershellgallery.com/stats/packages/AWS.Tools.EC2?groupby=Version for example still says last updated at 2023-12-04 14:13:54 UTC but there are download numbers for newer versions in the main module page).
Expected behavior
Download numbers are updated with customer usage.
Actual behavior
Download numbers for latest versions stuck at 0.
