PowerShell 7.1.2 Store App - breaks VSCode Intergrated Console

VSCode can no longer leverage pwsh integrated console. it instead falls back to 5.1

The way i was able to address this is by uninstalling the store app, and installing 7.1.2 using the MSI.

I confirmed this throughout 3 different Windows 10 systems which were fixed via the MSI route (2 with sync'd settings and 1 vanilla install).
