The top part of the console doesn't move when scrolling (sometimes)

Prerequisites

Summary

Since some time I've noticed that whenever I run code and then scroll back the top 3-4 rows stay on top of console window. if i scroll up and down it attaches/detaches.

Thanks @PrzemyslawKlys does this repro for you in the PowerShell terminal in VSCode, rather than the PowerShell extension terminal? Or does it repro if you turn off the shell integration setting "terminal.integrated.shellIntegration.enabled": false,?

Unfortunately it behaves the same even if i just run it in terminal without disabling integration. Seems like a global problem.

That's helpful. Probably an xTerm.js issue. Can you please file with VS Code themselves?
