set up release build

Need to setup release build and signing process so we can snap builds of Plaster to publish on the Gallery.

I'm happy to help with this @psjamesp. I was racking my brain trying to get github actions to publish my builds but I got it working. I also have the incentive since I really want a build with the 1.2 schema.

This is missing an API Key. @psjamesp does the PowerShell Org have PSGallery API Key?

James has an API key ready, but I think we need to see how we can publish since Plaster already exists and we likely won't just be able to arbitrarily "overwrite" it.

I included the certificate signing steps into the new psake file, but they aren't included by default. We'll need to determine if cert signing is a deal breaker.

Yes I have a apikey. Waiting to see how we can get it pushed to the gallery.

I think at this time we will not do the code signing cert. @jdhitsolutions what do you think?

I spoke with the team and they are going to transfer ownership so we will not have to make a new package.

Has there been any progress with this? You guys are off to a great start. I had really thought that there would have been a new release by now. Is there still a problem with the gallery?

Pipeline is set up. Still waiting on the PowerShell team to change the owner of the package inside the gallery so we can use the same name “Plaster” We are shopping for a 2.0 release that is JSON based as opposed to xml. Sounds great guys. I can't wait to see the progress. A JSON option is a smart choice. Plaster really is a great tool. I was glad to hear that you guys had taken over the project.
