Turtle.get/set_Position #7
Description
In order to make a more useful object, and to make bounds detection easier to manage, a Turtle should keep track of it's position. Getting the position should return the current cumulative point of the cursor (assuming every move of the turtle is relative). Setting the position should track additional proprties, such as minimum and maximum extent.
