OFPMonitor forgets all settings when not properly closed

Description:
OFP-Monitor looses all its settings when Windows-XP is shutting down with having OFPMonitor running.
OFP-Monitor does not loose its settings if you close the OFP-Monitor programm before you shut down Windows-XP.
This problem happens very often because shutting down WindowsXP with having OFP-Monitor running in tray is a common use case.

Happens on: On new versions of OFP-Monitor as on older versions too

Proposed solution: OFP-Monitor stores config in "OFPMonitor.ini". On shut-down create a temporary file "OFPMonitor.ini.tmp", after finishing the file, issue a system command to rename "OFPMonitor.ini.tmp" to "OFPMonitor.ini", in this way the original setting will not be destroyes

Note: A previously saved settings file is not lost/deleted/overwritten in such a case. It remains there and is loaded on the next program start. You surely only mean the runtime settings.

Currently, the settings file is only written, when the program is properly exited. When Windows decides to forcefully terminate the process on a shutdown, then the code that saves the file is not reached.Another case that bypasses the saving of the file, is the occurrence of an unhandled exception.

The real issue here is, that the individual settings are not written at the time when they are changed and that the settings file is always written as a complete file, instead of writing single entries into an existing file. This can lead to scenarios, where you really lose all settings, such as failing to load the existing settings file (for whatever reason, access rights maybe) and then overwriting it with the runtime/default settings on exit. Though when loading failed on access rights, writing will probably fail too then, unless someone has crazy settings like, reading denied and writing allowed.
