- Authenticate a user log-in (The service will provide a JWT access token as response) - COMPLETED
- Access the backend API to retrieve data - COMPLETED
- Show the relevant data in an attractive format
- List all the tickets which are assigned to the user - COMPLETED
- Create a Detail View to show more information (Optional) - PARTIALLY IMPLEMENTED

IMPORTANT! Even though with all above implementations, I see a lot of room for improvement which I would be happy to do provided I have more time to work on this project. Please see my thoughts on future improvements in the below link,
