- Move maybe-logo.png from docs/assets to public directory - Update README and index.html to reference logo in public folder - Delete unneeded documentation files (migration guides, design specs, TODO) - Remove unused assets (vite.svg, react.svg) - Update favicon to use maybe-logo.png - Remove example spreadsheet files and design mockups - Update example description to remove external file reference - Add .env file with OPENAI_API_KEY configuration
Add environment variable loading from .env files with fallback to system environment. Remove committed API key, add .env.example template, and update plugin to accept configurable API key provider.
