Methodology

• We brainstormed a list of things in our meeting and generated 12 important places of friction or frustration in PrairieTest
• Each institution there on the Zoom call today (July 30th - UIUC, UBC, NYU, Michigan, UCSD, Berkeley) had one person vote and rank each of the 12 things.
• The scoring method was simple: 1st place rank = 12 points, 2nd place rank = 11 points, ... 12th place rank = 1 point
• Maximum score for any one item would be 12 x 7 = 84

• For the original item about taking actions before a student's first sign-in, accommodations are already in progress. Allow staff to create reservations before a student's first sign-in #120 is limited to creating reservations before first sign-in.

After our meeting today, many of us volunteered to fill in some initial information from our respective institutions (with a promise that the rest of us will fill in any additional/missing information/detail).
