Nutritionix and Sheety Integration README

This script integrates with the Nutritionix API to track exercises and then logs the data into a Google Sheet using the Sheety API.

Prerequisites

Before running the script, ensure you have the following:

• Python installed on your system.
• Nutritionix account with an Application ID and API Key.
• Sheety account with access to the API.
