Yes, black 26.3.1 applies slightly different formatting rules than 24.10.0. Specifically, it:

1. Removes extra blank lines that appeared between an import block and the following blank line separator (in pretext/project/generate.py, pretext/project/__init__.py, and tests/test_project.py)
2. Removes redundant parentheses in tuple unpacking assignments (in pretext/server.py, changing (path_hash, pid, port, binding) = line.split() to path_hash, pid, port, binding = line.split())

I've reformatted the 4 affected files with the new version. The formatting check should now pass.
