feat: analytics snapshot cache

• Add contracts/predictify-hybrid/src/analytics.rs with AnalyticsCache backed by instance storage (TTL = 100 ledgers, same as MarketReadCache)
• get_or_compute() serves MarketStats from the hot cache on hit; falls back to persistent storage + cache populate on miss
• Wire get_market_analytics in lib.rs through the cache instead of computing from scratch on every call
• Invalidate cache on all state-changing write paths: vote, place_bet, place_bets, claim_winnings, resolve_market / resolve_market_manual / resolve_market_with_ties, dispute_market, vote_on_dispute
• Fix pre-existing compile errors:
  • mod oracle → mod oracles (file was oracles.rs)
  • gas.rs mod gas_test disabled (file missing)
  • resolution.rs unclosed match arm in validate_admin_permissions
• Add 11 focused unit tests covering miss, hit, invalidation, idempotency, isolation across market ids, and outcome distribution round-trip through the cache
