Add module type classification
Each entry now carries type icons after its status markers, saying what kind
of work the module does: Data, Parameterizing, Prediction, Simulation,
Summary, Translator, Library, Validation, or In development. Most modules do
more than one.
Types come from the module's code — what it calls, what it declares as inputs
and outputs, and whether those outputs return to it through other modules.
The distinction between Prediction and Simulation is that loop: fire changes
vegetation changes fuels changes fire, so the fire modules loop, while bird
models predict forward and stop. A type marked * was inferred from the
module's README instead and is less reliable; READMEs that are the unedited
template are ignored.
Also corrects the method note: the usage scan covers 450 public project
repositories, not 153. That wider scan changed exactly one count
(temperature ·7 -> ·6), which is a reasonable check on both.

Regenerate from tools/update-wiki.py
First page produced by the generator added in SpaDES-modules PR #39, rather
than by hand.
Fixes a defect shipped earlier: the fireSense "Older members of the family"
block was still prose with (2019)/(2021) annotations and no status markers,
because a silent .replace() no-op skipped the conversion. It is now bullets
with markers, and the conversion lives in the template so it cannot regress.
Other corrections:
- scfmModules and gparadis/ws3 no longer carry status markers; neither is a
SpaDES module (a collection and a Python package respectively)
- fRI-Research/timeSinceFire now reads archived-but-still-used, which it is
- scfm's usage count is ·19 not ·21: it no longer counts module repositories
as projects, so it is comparable with every other count on the page
fireSense_EscapeFit and fireSense_EscapePredict move to active on the strength
of the authorship commits merged today rather than any development work. Left
as generated.

State which accounts were scanned
Adds a provenance table to the status notes: the eight accounts scanned,
their public repository counts and how many modules each yielded (659
repos, 207 modules). Also says plainly what was NOT covered — bcgov was
searched for "castor" by name rather than scanned as an organisation, and
the accounts under "Modules elsewhere" were not scanned at all — so a
reader can tell whether their own modules were in scope.

scfm folders inherit the repo status; add CASTOR section
scfm: the module folders were being given independent activity markers, as
if each were its own project. They are folders in one repository, released
and maintained together, so the status now sits on PredictiveEcology/scfm
(🟢, 21 referring projects) and the folders below inherit it. The repo's
usage had been missed entirely — the usage graph only matched names of
repo-level modules, so neither "scfm" nor its folders were ever counted.
CASTOR: new section for the BC government's forest and land management
model — 12 modules, each its own bcgov repository, run together from
bcgov/castor. Unlike scfm these are genuinely separate repositories, so
they keep individual markers. No ·N counts are shown, because the usage
scan covers the PredictiveEcology orbit and not bcgov; a count there would
not be comparable. Two repository names differ from their module name
(caribouSurvivalCastor/survivalCastor,
volumeReportCastor/volumebyareaReportCastor), which is noted inline.

Rewrite the module list; rename to Modules-list
Rescanned all public repos in PredictiveEcology, eliotmcintire, ianmseddy,
CeresBarros, tati-micheletti, achubaty, cboisvenue and FOR-CAST (659 repos)
for SpaDES modules. The list now has 156 modules across 16 subject sections,
replacing a page that had drifted badly out of date.
- renamed Current-modules-in-development -> Modules-list, leaving a redirect
stub at the old name (PredictiveEcology/SpaDES and SpaDES.Workshops still
link there, and GitHub wikis do not redirect on rename)
- install instructions replaced with SpaDES.project::setupProject()
- added status markers per module: activity on the live branch, whether any
public project still uses it, archived state, and whether it still depends
on the retired raster/sp packages
- rewrote _Sidebar.md, whose links pointed at sections that no longer exist
- removed dead links (valentinelafond/*, louisRobert TriSect)
