Restarting re-write.

I'm sorry everyone! The last couple of years or so have been a wild ride. Financially difficult and now starting a new business to try and get back on my feet.

I have migrated all the open issues and feature requests to Discussions and I encourage everyone to chime in further on things you see there. Let's help shape the next version of Chadburn into something great!

When I performed a hard fork of Ofelia to create Chadburn and rolled in the fixes people needed, the Ofelia project was apparently sitting stagnent for a long time. However, it appears the project is being fairly well maintained, much better than Chadburn has been.

I encourage anyone who is happy with Chadburn as-is, to consider migrating back to Ofelia.

For those of you who don't mind living on the edge a bit, I've got a plan being drafted to build a much more user-friendly version of Chadburn that incorporates an API and optional user interface. I feel a total rewrite is warranted due to the complexity of all the key fixes that need to be performed with the existing software.

I'm also doing my best to get some fresh docs together, but working around other projects. If I didn't have to worry about finances too much, I'd be working on this full time for a while. Sorry! I don't want to keep anyone waiting any longer.
