[Race condition] Double accepted payment statuses, which are created at the same time

A company pointed out to me that recently orders placed with PayPal have duplicate accepted payment statuses, which are created at the same time or a second later. In two other orders, the accepted payment status was not created.

Same issue. We investigated the root cause and posted a detailed analysis with workaround in discussion 1464. It's a race condition between the validate controller and the PayPal webhooks (DispatchWebHook).

Hello as I wrote in discussion 1464 I have good news 😄

We have published a new version v5.2.0 which should strongly mitigate the race condition issue thanks to a fix on API side. There are still things to improve on module side but the mitigation should be very efficient I believe.
