Shorten Piracy Report Embed

The goal of the PR is to simplify the Piracy Report that users see when their messages are flagged as relating to piracy in the Discord server.

New users especially get concerned when they see the message and can sometimes panic.

So the changes made in this PR are as follows:

1. Simplify the message to make clear that the message was simply flagged and that piracy is not allowed
2. Refer the flagged user to the piracy rule and its specific link
3. Refer the flagged user to Modmail if there are any questions
4. Remove the Pirate Flag logo that was in the embed with all piracy reports
5. A smaller change is the interaction after reporting, it used to still say "warned" which the term "warn" only applies to a chubby moderation action and should not be confused with a Bandwidth flagging option.

These changes above - the wording, removal of the flag icon, were already discussed and agreed with the other Pretendo Head Moderators.
