Correct README path

Hi, thanks for the syntax definition! If you want to update your README, this is the correct path as of KDE5:

$KDEPREFIX/share/katepart5/syntax/

Also on Mac with Kate 5 downloaded from the website, you can use the local path: ~/Library/Application Support/katepart5/syntax. You do not have to use sudo. This should never be required as there is always a local user-owned path to use.

Where would one copy the typescript.xml to under windows 10?

My guess based on what I have: %LOCALAPPDATA%\katepart5\syntax\. I don't know if it would be %%LOCALAPPDATA or LocalLow.
