LoRa not communicate

Hello,
I bought a Capibridge and two PirBOX - Lite.
The Capibridge works well (I configure my WiFi and my MQTT server ok 🙂 )
However, I do not receive any Lora message from the PirBOX.
PirBOX as factory delivery, thus with no changes.

Sorry for the late reply. The logs show that the Capibridge LoRa module is initializing correctly, so that part appears to be working.

To get a complete picture of the setup and help identify the issue, could you please answer the following questions?

1. Have you programmed the PirBox sensors?
2. What battery are you using?
3. When programming the PirBox sensors, do you see any errors or warnings in the Arduino IDE? If possible, please enable verbose output and share the logs.
4. What changes have you made to the configuration files?
5. Have you changed any encryption keys or gateway keys?
6. Please share your current PirBox configuration.

For troubleshooting, could you also run these tests:

7. Enable "ROW Debug" in Capibridge, then monitor both the logs in the Web UI and the serial output. Please share the relevant output with us.
8. Please test the PirBox from a distance of more than 3 metres from the Capibridge.

This information should help us narrow down where the issue is occurring.

I’m 99.999% sure the problem is this part: “I did not program it.”

Normally, after testing, I upload the standard GitHub configuration to the device so that it works out of the box. This allows the client to test everything first, and only after that reprogram it to change the security keys. This time, however, I think I forgot to upload the default configuration.

So you’ll need to program the device first. In any case, you would need to do this eventually to replace the default security keys with your own.

Yes, both need programming. It's not a plug-and-play device.
